Door speakers and Rear speakers don't work after new cd player install...?

I recently got my Stereo replaced with a Alpine stereo in my 1997 dodge caravan at best buy.. after it was replaced the door and rear speakers dont work! only the front speakers that are on the dashboard. super sucks because most of the sound comes from the door and the 6x9 in back.. should i take it back to Best buy and complain or can anyone lead me in the right direction to fix myself?? i was thinking if the audio installer didn't know about this then i SHOULD be able to get it wired back together for free right?
ALSO!! when my car is OFF, my acc. position will not activate the stereo at all.. the automatic door locks will not activate.. the interior lights will not turn on unless i turn the key to start position...how is all this being affected just by the stock stereo?? help please =[
