Could anyone tell me roughly how many 16th century ships would be needed to transport 1000 horses and 7500 men?

In 1585 England signed the Treaty of Nonsuch with The United Provinces (now The Netherlands). England agreed to send 1000 cavalrymen (with horses) and 6500 foot soldiers to The Netherlands to aid the Dutch rebels with the struggle against their Spanish occupiers.

Does anyone know what kind of fleet would be needed to transport such a force across the North Sea from England to The Netherlands in 1685?
